i would like to know if specilaist training in the Uk is more or less structured? or is it like in Germany where you do not know what exactly you should learn next to advance with your training.

hello , i would like to know if a german medical AND dental graduate can apply for speclialist training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the UK. if yes what would be a typical training pathway ? does work expierence in Germany count for the UK training programm ? or do u have to start from scratch ? thanks a lot arye
