Hi forum, I will have my registration with the GMC this year I hope. I am a GP and thinking of broadening my horizon. What is the best way to gain some experience in the UK ? Obviously I can not start taking OOH posts with a locum agency since the client that wants the OOH work to be done expects someone who does the job and does not need trainig from the scratch. I was thinking of working in a practice for some time whenever I can spare some time. Just to get used to the work that will be expected from me later on. Are there Locum agencies that offer work experience beforehand ? Has anyone useful tips for me ? CU Dr. Stefan Funk
